Stores that have no fucking idea about customer service!!!!

Well, as I told you last week, I bought my cocoa butter from a store that then had it on sale for 20% off. I decided to take it to my local store and ask for my 20% off, and the girl I asked told me she'd need to call her manager.

The manager turned out to be the bitch who has caused me trouble before over paying for a bottle of shampoo before I got it.

Anyway, the bitch didn't bother listening to a damn thing I said, then told me that it wasn't her fault I had changed my mind.

I got annoyed, ''I didn't change my mind,'' I told her through gritted teeth, ''I still want it but I also want my 20% off.''

''Well I only give refunds if the product is faulty...''

Blah blah fucking blah!!!!

She told me that ''she didn't do that'' and I'd have to take it back to the store I bought it from and see if they would give me a refund, but she wasn't going to do it.''

I walked away rather pissed off that I didn't get my part refund, and have now banned the store from my list of good stores to shop at. Which is getting smaller and smaller as customer service goes down the drain.

Normally it's the assistants that are rude to you, but when the managers start getting rude and treating you like shit, and that you have no fucking idea of what you're talking about then it's time to ban the store from your life.

I refuse to buy from people that treat me like shit and I will no longer be setting one foot into that store.

So here's my letter to the bitch that pissed me off -

Ms.Bitch,

who the fuck do you think you are, treating a valued customer like shit? All I asked for was my 20% percent off, but you had already made up your mind that I would not be getting anything.

Apparently you remembered me from our run in last year over that bottle of shampoo that I knew I had never paid for before you even ordered it. You claimed that I didn't know what I was talking about and that they weren't ''the rules'' of how you did things. And that you'd never done them the way I was claiming.

I walked out pissed off at you then too. But what could I do. Nothing apparently.

But I'm doing things now. I will be writing a letter to the main head of the chain store you supposedly manage and will never be spending my money in your store again.

You can rot in your obviously lonely little existence as you clearly don't have friends otherwise you'd be nicer to your customers.

Customer service in this store has never been good, and now, it's just disgraceful.

  1. Oh man! This sounds terrible. I used to live in Cincinnati and their cell phone service, Cincinnati Bell, was horrific. Every time I went into a store I braced myself for a brawl. Good for you for doing something about it! Props to you.
